Miles was losing a war with words until -
POW!
- newspaper comics and funny drawings opened his mind and turned his pages from mad frustrated illiteracy to a lifetime of passion for
Pen and Ink on Paper.
In 1990 at CalArts Character Animation program he animated a few filthy festival favorites before moving pictures for 3 decades in the pencil on paper days of TV and movie production, ending the sunset years of a 100 year old genius genre, Film. Books and Art, for this dude, have always been a private garden of promise, unending discovery, margins to draw in, spellbinding inspiration, a nursery of personal hope,
a family tradition, timeless treasures,
and so many gifts departing so many meanings.

HUMANS NEED STORIES! THEY ARE VITAL MEDICINE!
Pictures are the first and universal language,
they untie and unite tongues, and sing the unspeakable
in sparkling harmony. Great drama, like love, never dies. Images force us to face feelings, please and ease minds, feed hearts, strengthen bonds, and form and reform families within and beyond bloodlines. Stories now are more fundamentally transformative to us all than ever. At best they are unforgettable, life changing, illuminate meaning, plant permanent wisdom, and are forever worth sharing and protecting. Telling a timeless tale is a discipline, like serving an old family recipe, or discovering and dividing treasure, or performing a magic trick to touch imaginations with love, hope, disbelief, and belief that the impossible is indeed possible for everyone, everywhere, always.

"If it's possible for me, it's possible for you."
A personal testimonial makes believers of make believers.
Our IDEAS are what we make of them, in the same way an individual becomes all they BELIEVE they are capable of being.
The most powerful story one can hear is what they FEEL
in their bones is true, it identifies our human depth of will.
Stories dissect and illuminate magic methods that lead and transform individuals into unique users with personal wisdom, a sense of self to help all others win a healthy home, and a hopeful happy heart..
